What can currently be accomplished in-game is all fine (i.e. I think a lot of the people who feel the opposite way aren't or never have played the game at a high level and want to lower the skill ceiling. That's just my opinion as a veteran player though.

If pros can't figure out how to smoke window on mirage from T spawn consistently without a jump throw, then they shouldn't be able to do it at all. They might not be as easy, but that doesn't mean they can't be done. Competitive players can find replacement smokes just like we did for over 10 years before GO came along. And I don't accept "well what about all these cool smokes people wouldn't be able to do?!" as a valid response. I don't see why we should be allowed to use a script to do multiple actions at once and lower the skill ceiling even more in this game. I remember spending hours upon hours finding and learning new smokes to use. I think leagues should ban the use of scripts that affect game play like they did in previous versions. I don't think valve should do anything to "fix" this issue. Maybe it's because I'm old, and have played competitively for so long, but I don't see how anyone could think jumpthrow scripts are okay in a competitive setting. No jump throws, no bhop, nothing that allowed you to do two actions at once. No scripts that affected game play were allowed (so buy binds were ok).
